Cheryl Cole has started legal proceedings against a magazine over claims made by MC Harvey that she shared a “relationship” with him. 

Although Cheryl has denied any relationship with him, he claims he has proof in the form of numerous emails and asked Cheryl publicly if she wants him to tweet some of the messages she emailed him.
