A 20 year old man has appeared in court charged in connection with the stabbing of a young woman in Dublin's south inner city.
Mark Twomey, with an address at 15 Camac Park in Bluebell, was charged with three counts.
They were assault causing harm, robbery and the possession of a knife.
The woman sustained serious stab wounds to her face in the attack which happened just after 7 last night on Golden Lane.
A 17 year old girl was also arrested in connection with the assault but has since been released without charge.
